Sojek

The build

Sojek is a services marketplace for Bali, connecting residents and expats with everyday providers like laundry, cleaners, and barbers. The platform handles provider onboarding, customer-side discovery and booking, and location-based matching to surface the nearest options. Revenue comes from a 20% take-rate on transactions plus Featured and Pro listing upgrades. An internal admin dashboard vets and approves every provider before they go live, and a dedicated investor page presents the model. Built end-to-end on Next.js and Supabase.
